Camping with friends

We decided to try out camping this summer. We planned a weekend trip with Kristen, Adrian, and Riley. We went up into the mountains at Grand Lake (the largest lake in CO). My 2 comments about the trip were: #1 - We had so much fun! #2 - I don't know how my Mom ever planned for a week of camping at a time. (You too Dad) It is a LOT of work.
My kids really love Riley (and visa versa). We hang out with the Kaali's a lot, so the kids have definately bonded. We went on a walk here to look for moose, but didn't find any! Our campsite was nice, decently large with a creek running next to it that the kids played in some.
On Saturday we drove a couple minutes into town and rented a boat for a hour. It was cool - the kids really liked it. We even brought the dogs along. Yes, we brought Jazzy camping with us and Kristen & Adrian brought Donkey (their dog). =) Here's Kristen, Adrian, and Riley.
